A pair of complete copper alloy post-medieval dividers, dating to the period c. AD1600-1800. The dividers have a globular head which accomodates a copper alloy axis bar from which both arms are hinged. The head narrows to form one arm, which is D shaped in cross-section. This arm is recessed to accomodate the second arm, also D shaped in cross-section. The dividers no longer open. There is a green patina on the surface, with some brown areas. The dividers are undecorated.

A fragment of a pair of copper alloy dividers dated c.1600-1700. The object consists of two incomplete arms with a hinged terminal. The terminal is a four-faceted dome with a thin transverse collar at the base.The better preserved arm is trapezoidal in cross-section, with three facets on their outer face. The arm curves outwards in the middle forming a hollow Both arms terminate in old breaks.
