A small retouched/denticulated flake of Portland chert. The chert is opaque and dark grey in colour with a low-gloss patina. The flake is sub-oval with one rounded end and one end rectilinear, it has a triangular cross section. The dorsal face shows linear parallel blade removal scars, with a denticulated edge with 10 teeth along the whole of the left side margin. The right side margin has possible fine retouch or later edge damage. The ventral face shows a low bulb of percussion with a hinge fracture to the left side proximal end, diffuse ripples and bulbar scar. Date: Late Neolithic…
