A Post Medieval single silver cufflink dating to cAD1720-1800. The cuff link consists of an octagonal button with slightly convex front and concave reverse with down turned edges creating a border around the back of the cuff link. At the centre of the upper surface is an incised rose. The rose is shown with a circular centre with four larger semi-circular tipped lobed petals alternating with four smaller petals depicted as being behind the larger ones. A silver cuff link element. An incomplete die stamped cufflink element comprising a decorated disc with a single oval chain loop attached. The disc is circular with bevelled edges. The back is undecorated with a sub circular loop in the centre to which the oval chain link is attached. The link is of circular cross-sectioned wire with and opening at one end of the oval. An incomplete silver cufflink element. The element is damaged and miss-shapen, but was probably originally octagonal in shape. The front is slightly convex with a flared rim (incomplete), The front is decorated with an incised double profile portrait of a man and a woman, probably William and Mary. Post Medieval silver cufflink element. A disc from one end of a cufflink. On the front is a raised design of a heart with a small flame rising from the top and two arrows in saltire behind it. The raised design is surrounded by a stippled background within a raised circular line border. Beyond this is a down turned edge forming the side ending in an out turned lip. Corresponding recessed areas on the back suggest the design was stamped. A silver cufflink element. One disc from a Post Medieval cuff link. The disc is circular and has a stamped design of a flaming heart pierced by two downward pointing arrows on a stippled ground. The rim of the disc is turned down and slightly flaring at the edge. There is a squared loop soldered to the reverse.
