A complete copper alloy button and loop fastener of Wild Class III. The head of the fastener is petal shaped, with a central circular boss with a quartered circular enamelled motif set within a circular recess within a circumferential recess. The quartered triangular cells retain red, yellow and green enamel. The surrounding moulding is raised and drawn out into a point. A copper alloy button-and-loop fastener, closest to Wild class 5a, dating late 1st-2nd century AD. The fastener has an L-shaped body with a discoidal head and a looped foot at the opposite end of the body. The disc-head is flat on the reverse and convex on the front, it is decorated with a slightly assymmetric pattern, consisting of a central boss with two sunken outer circular fields for enamel, no traces of enamel remain. A complete cast copper-alloy button and loop fastener of Wild Class 5a. It has a circular flat head with a convex front and flat back. The front has a wide ridge around the outer edge, framing a central flat-based recess. From the back of the head projects a shank, which is bent at an angle of 90 degrees so that it lies parallel to the head but remains slightly offset. A copper alloy Iron Age or Roman button and loop fastener of Wild's Type I variant date dating to the period c. 50 BC - AD 50. The object consists of a single domed boss head with a concave interior and a semi circular integral suspension loop projecting from the rear. The object has a smooth dark green patina. It measures 12.35mm in diameter, is 9.77mm thick and weighs 1.51g.

Cast copper-alloy Button-and-loop fastener of Wild's Class VIa. Rectangular, with large sub-square scar on reverse surface from missing loop (dimensions: 8.5 x 7mm). Raised, plain border enclosing moulded double conjoined Celtic scroll motif with each end terminating in a rounded lobe. The recessed area surrounding the central motif is infilled with bright red enamel, much of which survives. Smooth, mid-green patina. Lightly pitted surfaces.
