A fragment of a copper alloy strip bow brooch, dating to AD 25-70. The stubs of the folded wings and the head of the bow remain. There are traces of iron corrosion on the remnants of the wings, probably from the missing axis bar or pin. At the head of the brooch is a central notch between the wings where the missing pin would have been attached to the bar. A Medieval copper alloy annular brooch, probably dating to AD 1200-1400. The brooch consists of a circular frame, with a sub-square cross-section and constriction to hold the pin.
