A complete medieval silver gilt annular brooch with floral decoration. The brooch is annular in shape, with a flattened profile along both vertical sides, where the pin and pin rest are placed.  Along the horizontal sides, the frame of the brooch is twisted, in a simple twist which creates a spiral appearance. There are four gold flowers which have been applied to the brooch frame at regular intervals, placed in a rectangular formation. The gilding survives in best condition on these floral decorations. A copper alloy Roman Initial T-shaped brooch. Tubular wings (one wing is missing) hold the pin axis bar, there is a slot in the centre of the wings at the rear for the pin, which is now missing. The curvilinear lines decorate the head of the bow, below the remained of its length is slightly expanded with four central groves running down its length, the base of the bow is truncated resulting in the loss of the catch plate.

An incomplete copper-alloy Roman Colchester derivative hinged brooch, dating to the period c.AD 43-120. The brooch has an integrally cast axis cylindrical wings which houses an iron axis bar. In between the wings, the remains of the pin are still intact around the axis bar, although most of it is missing due to worn breaks. The bow appears to have originally been sub-square in plan, truncated by an irregular break on the upper edge, and with further breaks on the sides. A large cast copper alloy Roman Trumpet brooch, 76mm in length, missing its pin and spring. The head is a simple flared oval with a protruding stub of a terminal loop or projection at the front and simple hinge loop underneath. The bow is divided centrally by a facing pair of collared acanthus reels. The lower part of the bow has a pronounced facetted triangular section with a catchplate below and tapers to a flattened cylindrical terminal with three moulded collars. An incomplete miniature developed T-shaped brooch dating to the Roman period, c. AD 100-150. The wings and upper bow survive.
