A fragment of copper alloy strip-metal bracelet. Broken at both ends. The bracelet had a low D-shaped cross section and tapers towards on break. There is decoration on part of the front face. Although worn and indistinct, it appears to include a recessed area with incised chevrons, a raised square area with possible incised mark in the top, then another recess before a band of short incised horizontal lines. A bent but complete copper alloy bracelet. A simple rectangular cross-sectioned strip of copper alloy with thickened terminals. The band is decorated with two deep parallel grooves along most of the length, forming a central ridge with a flanking ridge along each edge. The grooves are decorated with small transverse incised lines. The thickened terminals are undecorated and D-shaped in cross section. The bracelet has been partially straightened and bent back. An incomplete copper alloy oval penannular bracelet. The band of the bracelet is sub-circular in cross section. The outside face is decorated with a series of moulded diagonal ridges and grooves. The band tapers toward the terminal on one end and to the break at the other. There is a transverse ridge on the band before the oval terminal flattens and splays out. The body of the terminal is decorated with a large raised ring with a central circular recess. At the end is a rectangular transverse bar with a central groove. It is a strip of metal, D shape in section, tapering towards both extant ends, 5.26mm in width in the centre, 3.65mm at one end and 3.22mm at the other. It is c 1.75mm thick. There is no decoration. A fragment of a cast copper alloy bracelet or small armlet dating to the Roman period. It is 28.80mm in length, 6.25mm in width but tapering to 5.70mm. It is D shape in section and 3.16mm thick but 2.09mm at the narrower end which may be one side of a lap joint, broken apart at an early dates. The other end is more clearly a break. The surface of the bracelet is decorated with diagonal grooves. A copper alloy fragment from a Roman bracelet dating to the period c. AD 43 - 100. The bracelet is a wide cuff type and is decorated with four ridges alternating with three grooves which run the surviving length of the object. The inner surface is smooth and undecorated.
