A silver gilt medieval finger ring that is surmounted by a thick sexfoil bezel. The bezel has seven recessed semicircles on the top edge arranged with one centrally and the others positioned in each of the six petals of the sexfoil. Silver gilt finger ring fragment which is missing the lower half of the hoop. The top of the ring has a tri-faceted bezel that has a different pattern of incised lines decorating each of the concave faces. Firstly the left panel is decorated with a zigzag line that is surrounded by a rectangular border; the left side is shaded with closely packed hatched lines creating three dark peaks.
