A pewter spoon fragment. Part of the bowl and a section of the handle only remain. The handle has a sub-angular cross section and tapers away from the bowl to the break. The remnant of the bowl flares out and appears to be broken along the whole of the outer edge. There is a rib extending along one face from the handle. A complete lead alloy Post-Medieval slip top spoon. The bowl is 'fig' shaped. The stem has a faceted irregular hexagonal cross-section with a chamfered terminal (slip-top). There is a short V-shaped ridge on the rear of the bowl where the handle joins it. At the top of the bowl, set in line with the handle, is a stamped touch-mark in a rope border of the initials CF. An incomplete Post Medieval pewter handle, probably of a spoon. The top of the handle was likely teardrop shaped, which can be inferred from the teardrop decoration, created by grooves with a dot infill. There is then a pair of incised lines at the point of the teardrop, where the handle extends to its widest point, before tapering until the point where it has been been broken. An etched circle, also with dot infill (larger than that of the teardrop), rests centrally on the edge of the incised lines, with ring and dot decoration in the centre. A lead spoon bowl dating to c.1100-1300. Now completely flat, leaf-shaped bowl with cast geometric decoration. The decoration comprises the remains of a cross containing conjoined cross-hatched lozenges, two sets of concentric semi-circles flanking the central arm of the cross towards the missing stem, and between four sets of concentric semi-circles springing inward from the outside edge. A lead alloy sliptop spoon. Broken into two pieces.The stem is oval in cross section with a tapered slip top terminal. The stem has broken away from the bowl where it flattens and starts to flare out. The slightly convex bowl is a broad "fig-shape" and the sides have been folded in in places. There are no visible touch marks. The alloy contains more lead than other metals (probably tin) resulting in it feeling heavy for its size. A fragment from the handle of a post-medieval cast lead-alloy (lead-tin) spoon. The fragment is the corroded and abraded handle terminal. The terminal is expanded (W.: 21.55mm), and tapers towards the break (W.: 13.3mm). The lower surface is plain; the upper surface features moulded decoration in low relief. The decoration is in the form of an inverted symmetrical foliate design with two side lobes gathered together either side of a central lobe. A fragment of a lead alloy or pewter trifid spoon. The trifid end only survives. The central lobe projects to an angled point at the end. The side lobes are more obtusely angled and are shorter then the central lobe/ Both faces are decorated. On one side in the centre is a deeply moulded stylised rayed sun with a human face. On the other side the central lobe has less deeply cast decoration comprising a crown in the central lobe, a winged figure facing inwards in each of the side lobes and at the centre is a profile bust facing left, bearded and with waved hair.
