A possible earring element or button. A gold four lobed sub spherical pendant ornament. The shape is reminiscent of stylised pomegranate ornaments. There are four main lobes which are cross hatched. Between these are single longitudinal ridges. At the base is a moulded quatrefoil with a central pointed projection. At the apex there is a loop with a large circular hole. The item is hollow.. Gold finger ring. A buckle ring with an internal inscription - (cross) MON (cross heart cross) AVOVS ((arrow left) in Roman capitals. The ring is in the form of a belt with a single looped buckle. An attempt has been made at a realistic representation of a belt and buckle: The "loose" end of the belt is clearly indicated so that the band appears to have an overlap at the front and a recess at the back where the belt passes "through" the buckle. Fragment of gold ingot. A segment of a bar or strip of gold. The piece is angular and tapers in one direction in terms of thickness (from 3.81 mm to 1.51 mm) and tapers in the opposite direction in its width (8.18 mm to 6.55 mm). The break at the thinner, wider end appears to be the result of a cut. The surface all have slight ripples and marks. Date: Uncertain Dimensions: 8.54 mm x 8.18 mm x 3.81 mm Weight: 1.80 g Neil Wilkin of the British Museum has defined this as undiagnostic in terms of date.

A gold penannular ring. A fairly plain example of mainly yellow gold but with three broad bands of paler, silver rich gold set around the inner edge. The ring appears to be solid with a circular cross section and flat ends to the terminals. Such ornaments are dated to the Late Bronze Age. Two gold finger rings found together. One is a stirrup ring with a rectangular stone setting with a gold initial R over. The ring was made with the openwork R on the bezel and a rectangular slice of garnet set in a recess behind it. The back of the recess has then been infilled with a rectangular gold plate. Small fragment of a twisted gold ornament, cut at both ends. Max. surviving length 26.26mm; breadth c 9.78 x 8.71mm; weight 6.34 grams. Fragment of a flange-twisted torcof the Middle Bronze Age, circa 1300-1150 BC. Such fragments are typically cut at the ends. The item thus qualifies as Treasure under the terms of the Treasure Act of 1996.
