The remaining sherd is pinkish red with frequent white inclusions . There are no surfaces remaining on the sherd. All are undiagnostic body sherds. The sherd is probably a fragment of spout from a cistern or other spouted vessel. A fragment of outer edge remains. On the exterior the sherd expands into a slight projection with a slashed groove in it - this is probably the attachment point of the spout to the vessel wall. Some abrasion.
