Worked flint. A piece of flint with a thick white patina covering. One surface is flat and has a very regular pattern, not geological or natural, consisting of engraved vertical and horizontal lines. The flint underneath, where damaged, is dark grey. It measures 49.3x34.6x21.3mm and weighs 34.99g. Date: Unknown, could have been worked at any time.

The ring has a sub-circular frame and flat sub-oval cross section, there are no obvious signs of wear. It has a grey-green patina. An undatable incomplete copper-alloy clapper bell, missing its iron clapper (corrosion remains inside the apex). It stands 30.45mm and the open end measures 28.91x26.41mm. It weighs 13.6g. The bell has a rounded rectangular cross-section, narrowing to the flattened apex (21.25x19.18mm) where the integral loop projects. It has a 28.45mm diameter piercing. A complete copper alloy bead of uncertain date, probably Bronze Age to Roman c.AD 43 - 410. The bead is sub-biconical with a central perforation through the centre. A series of striations are present around the perimeter, close to the apex. Similar beads on the database include ESS-975247, SUR-131CBB, ASHM-377F8C, LEIC-3641F5, SOM-DA2D9C although these have a slightly more pronounced conical shape than this example. A complete copper-alloy pin dating from the Roman to medieval periods. The pin has a flat circular head, on which little decoration remains aside from a faint beaded border inset slightly from the edge on one face. Striations are present on both faces. The head narrows to a collar of two transverse mouldings, which are only present on the front, before extending to the shaft. A copper alloy ring uncertain date. The hoop is circular shape and measures 18.13mm in diameter (internal 13.29mm). The upper face is decorated with four circumferential bands formed of fine pellets. The ring was possibly gilded. The ring weighs 2.39g. It has been suggested that this object may have been a finger ring yet no direct parallels have been found for the decoration, therefore the object type has tentatively be described as a ring.

An unidentified object of uncertain date. The object is incomplete and made of copper alloy. It has a break at its narrower end. It is D shaped in cross-section and slightly tapering in plan view. At the broader end, which is rounded, it is decorated with a narrow groove, On the reverse flat side there is an integral sturdy loop (15 x 5mm) with very small (2.3mm) hole through its centre. The object measures 65.54mm in length, 15.21mm wide narrowing to 11.49mm, and is 3.95mm thick. It weighs 18.5 grams.

Incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester type one-piece brooch, missing its catchplate and about a third of the pin, point end. It measures 55.2mm in length and weighs 4.78g. The wings are 10.6mm wide and 3.4mm high. The coils and chord are wider, at 16.2mm. There are 6 coils. The chord is held by a forward-facing hook. The pin break is silvery in colour and probably very recent. The catchplate only extended from the bottom third of the bow, not higher up and longer as is more usual. 1st century in date.
