A complete Post Medieval copper-alloy anthropomorphic knife terminal. A knife stop or end-cap from a scale-tang knife. The figurative three dimensional end-cap is an anthropomorphic head on an oval cross-section plinth. The head is wearing a large pointed hood, suggestive of a cowl or hooded cloak worn by monks.  The long, thin face with pointed chin is looking up at an angle of approximately 45 degrees and has crudely engraved facial features. A particularly fine near complete flint leaf shaped arrowhead dating to the Neolithic c.4000-2400 cal BC. The arrowhead is made from a tertiary flake of dark grey flint that has occasional light grey patch inclusions. It has a semi glossy patina. The arrowhead can be described as a willow leaf shaped arrowhead. The base has damaged by an irregular break that runs diagonally upwards and to one side of the body that has also removed the base.
