The fragment consists of a shallow arched bow, which then flattens and widens to a lower area of the bow, or possibly if turned the other way up could be the head of the brooch. A copper-alloy bracelet fragment, probably dating to the Roman period c. AD 250 - 410. The fragment consists of a flat, parallel sided strip of copper alloy with a flattened oval section near one end. Both ends terminate in old breaks. One edge of the bracelet is decorated with a series of punched dots, with the other edge undecorated. There is a ring-and-dot punch decoration at either end of the object. A Roman Republican silver chariot denarius coin of the moneyers C. Gargonius, Ogulnius and M. Vergilius, dating from c.86BC and minted in Rome.  The obverse shows the head of Apollo wearing a laurel wreath, although abrasion has resulted in the loss of much of the original detail of the head. There is some decoration on the outside edge of the obverse, but no detail is apparent and most of it has worn away.  The reverse depicts the four horse chariot, with some decorative detail on and near the outside edge, but this is now worn away.  The coin is …

An incomplete cast copper-alloy spoon, dating to the Roman period c. AD 100-400. The bowl is incomplete, missing most of the lower portion. It is roughly tear-drop or pear-shaped and is convexed. The base of the bowl retains only 15 mm of the stem, the majority of which is now missing. The stem has a five-sided cross-section and joins the bowl smoothly without a 'rat's tail'.
