An incomplete, iron axehead of unknown date, probably Early Medieval to Modern (c. AD 900-1900). The axehead starts at 96.77mm high near the blade, tapering to 53.98mm high near the back whilst also expanding from 6.01mm wide to 18.78mm wide towards the back of the head. At this point, it suddenly curves towards a triangular section that starts at 7.34mm wide and tapers to 3.51mm wide near the end. Parts of the head are missing. There is an integral shank with a square cross section that tapers to a point, and it is now slightly off-centre of the currently existing head. A near-complete cast tin alloy bead of unknown date. The bead is roughly circular in plan and sub-oval in section with external diameter of 13.6 and 8.5mm thick. The central perforation is warped but the side with less warpage has an internal diameter of 5.8mm x 3.9mm. The bead lacks diagnostic characteristics so a definite date cannot be obtained, however two tin beads are recorded from Medieval (15th century) contexts and examples are described by Egan and Pritchard (2002: 315-316 no. 1584, 1585). A small irregular lozenge / rhomboid shaped stone with hollowed oval shaped depression of uncertain date and function. The stone is a very coarse sandstone which has weathered to a smooth mid prupleish brown colour. The exterior surfaces are all flat - the upper edge has an oval shaped dished hole cut into its surface - the exact function of which is unknown. The artefact consists of a cylinder, with one flat surface, with a bevelled edge, and one indented surface, with a probable bevelled edge. The indented surface has been decorated, with a scallop shell design. The sides are undecorated. It measures 6.8 mm in length, with a diameter of 9.0 mm. The scallop shell is 1.0 mm below the surface. It weighs 2.2 g. The artefact is a dark brown colour, with an even surface patina.

A complete, cast lead pot mend / vessel repair of Roman to Post Medieval date. This mend was for a vessel wall of approximately 3mm thickness. On one side the mend is broadly round in plan, on the other, larger side, it is broadly rectangular in plan. It is H shaped in cross section and has a developed white coloured surface patina. The mend measures 29mm long, 27mm wide and 17mm thick, it weighs 34.5g.

An incomplete fragment of a cast copper alloy strap slide / strap fitting / strap mount of early Roman date (AD50-150). The fragment is broken across the mid point and only one part survives; the break is old and patinated. The fragment is broadly rectangular in plan and also similarly rectangular in cross section. From the terminal end on the rear face a U shaped loop extends; it is integrally cast and set at 90 degrees to the plain of the object. A complete lead weight, of Roman to Post Medieval date (AD 43 - 1900). The weight is tear dropped shaped in plan and both faces of the weight are flat. The weight is undecorated on both faces. The weight is complete and has a perforated rectangular suspension hole through the top where it thins to a tip, this measures 4.35mm in length and 2.59 mm in width. The lead is a light whitish-grey colour. These weights are not yet completely understood. An incomplete cast lead alloy zoomorphic mount or figurine in the form of a stylised fish or dolphin. The figure consists of the head facing right with a slightly rounded open mouth. The upper part of the jaw is thicker and more prominent than the lower half. The figure has a large eye consisting of an oval shaped pellet set in an oval shaped groove.
