A fragment of a cast copper alloy branched double socket candlestick. Only a fragment of the candlestick branch remains. The branch, in plan is a wide ‘V’ shape, and the branch is a pointed oval with rounded edges in section. The width of one branch expands slightly in width, whereas the other branch tapers slightly in width. The surface of the branch has a mottled mid green/grey patina. In profile the reverse of the leg is straight whereas the front face is slightly domed and undulating. In section the leg is an elongated semi-circle. Incomplete silver penny of Edward I, Mint London, Class 2b January - May 1280. The penny has been reused to form a brooch with a small silver loop being soldered to the obverse face. It has been applied in such a way that the cross on the reverse is vertical. It is possible that the front face has also been gilt (although this may be a result of the burial conditions). It is a light- mid grey green colour with a much abraded patina which has mostly been removed from all surfaces. Similar rowels can be seen in Clark’s ‘The Medieval Horse and its Equipment’

A fragment of a Medieval or Post Medieval moulded lead or lead alloy window came. The fragment is a corner section which appears to have held three pieces of glass originally. In plan the came is an asymmetrical sub-oval, the upper surface is smaller than the lower surface. The profile of the edges is ‘]’ shaped which would form a sideways ‘H’ section if the cames were to continue. The cames, have been recently damaged. A body fragment of a Post Medieval salt glazed vessel. The sherd is a body fragment which is decorated salt glaze forming a mottled red/brown and light yellow/green coloured surface. The surface also has remains of an applied handle which has been decorated with three finger indentations. The handle is missing. The fabric is a stone ware which has a fine grey core and pale surfaces. The fabric has been highly fired. The sherd is a fragment which has fresh breaks. The sherd weighs 96.4g. The style and decoration of the sherd suggests a late 16th to 18th century date.

A circular Post Medieval lead token which has been broken, quite recently into two halves. Only the upper surface is decorated. The decoration is framed by a high-relief linear border. Within this border there is a high-relief pointed oval frame with a ring and dot within. The surface of the token has an oxidised cream colour. The token is 32.11mm diameter and weighs 12.6g. The token dates to the Post Medieval period, 17th to 18th centuries.

Silver Shilling of Charles I initial Mark (probably) P within Circle dated 1643-1644. Bust type 6, North Group F. The coin looks as if it has been burnt (although this may be due to the burial conditions) and a large amount of purple brown corrosion is present on both faces of the coin.
