A complete lead alloy vessel repair (pot mend) of Roman dating, probably between 2nd to 4th Centuries AD. The vessel repair is sub oval in plan, and irregular in cross section. It consists of two sub oval 'plugs' of lead either side (sandwiching) a sherd of pottery. The repair would have originally been 'H' shape in construction, with a central rivet and two radiating arms either side of the ceramic vessel, to seal the hole and repair the broken vessel. A body fragment from a cast copper alloy cooking vessel of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (1400 to 1700 AD). The fragment is probably that of a coppper alloy repair to the vessel wall of a Cauldron or large posnet. One side of the fragment is rough and badly finished and the other surface is smooth. Half of a rivet hole is present along one edge, and the opposite edge is curving round, probably to fit over the rim. It measures 43.8mm in length, 35.7mm wide and 4.3mm thick. It weighs 18.6 grams.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Medieval vessel / pot leg. This copper alloy leg is missing the top and some of its left side. It has a hooved foot and the leg above was probably semi-circular above. In profile it is a very shallow D shape, with a single rounded ridge running along the length of the leg, this ridge is off centre and terminates at the right hand side of the foot.
