Cast copper alloy two piece strap end possibly a stirrup strap mount of probable medieval date (1150-1500). The strap end is formed from two plates riveted together. It is sub rectangular (rectangular with a tapering triangular (arched) shaped terminal) in plan and rectangular in cross section and curved in profile. It measures 40.3mm length, 25.7mm width and is 3mm thick. It weighs 15.29 grams. An incomplete fragment of a probable spur made of cast copper alloy. It is probably of late medieval or post medieval date, 1450 - 1600 AD. The fragment consists of one incomplete side arm and the rowel box. It is irregular in plan and D shape in cross section. Originally the fragment would have been Y shaped in plan, with the two sides (arms) forming an angular U shape. It measures 49.5mm length, 7.1mm width and is 4.1mm thick. An incomplete cast copper alloy awl of possible Roman or Medieval date (100 - 450 or 1300 - 1500 AD). The awl is sub-rectangular in plan and profile with an irregular oval cross section. Both ends of the awl taper to points. One end tapers to a rounded point while the other tapers to a broken edge. This broken end of the awl is sub-rectangular in cross section.
