An incomplete copper-alloy button and loop fastener. The button is a small circular frame whose top edge has a raised border surrounding a recessed circular cell.  The cell looks to have originally been filled with a read enamel, although only traces remain around the edges. On the undersides is the shank of the loop, this bends round at a 90-degree angle away from the button element of the artefact, before expanding into an oval loop.

Copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill CD PH 3 type AD 75-200. This has rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings that are truncated but would have held the pin axis bar. At the rear of the head is a loop that would have held the external cord for the spring.  The front of the bow is decorated with three groves that run down its length. The lower half of the bow is truncated resulting in the loss of the catchplate.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative, possible double pierced lug, Harlow type brooch dating to 43-100 AD. There is the remains of a pieced lug on the rear of the head which would have mounted the spring and external cord, both of which are missing. The wings have a convex face with a recessed triangular cell. vertical band at the tip. The bow is undecorated with a series of triangular cells all of which would have probably contained enamel.  The lower part of the bow is truncated resulting in the loss of the catchpate.

Lead alloy biconical spindle whorl of Medieval to Post Medieval date that is circular in plan with a large central hole. One side is decorated with twelve transverse lines with a pellet in the centre. The other side has thirteen transverse lines with arches in between forming a bridge to each line.

Copper alloy purse bar that consists of two circular cross-section arms that flank a sub oval central block hub. The block hub has a hole that passed through the middle that would have mounted a large loop on a spindle, but this is now missing. The face of the hub is decorated with one side, are three lines that cross at a central pint forming a six-pointed star. On the opposite is one upright and the crossbar of a possible N, each bar is formed from a double line.  This decoration is former from grooves that are inlayed with silver.
