An incomplete cast copper-alloy pin-head probably of Roman or Medieval date (50-300 AD or 1100-1500). The pin head is broken flush with the junction of the shank. Two cast lead alloy vessel repairs (pot mends) of either Roman (50-400) or Medieval date (1200-1500). Both repairs are incomplete and irregular in shape; in plan being broadly oval in plan and H shaped in cross section. The mends are relatively thick with the outer face being even and neat, the inner surface more irregular. Neither mend has the remnants of the pottery vessel attached. These types of mend were used within both the Roman and Medieval period, however, as the site which these were found on has produced more Roman material then it is probable that they are Roman in date.
