A large broad backed blade like flake of igneous stone - dolerite (grantite). The flake is broadly rectangular in shape and lentoid in cross section. In form the two long edges of the dorsal and ventral faces has been worked / knapped to form a very crude serrated edge. The retouch is crude and applied with a hard hammer. Likewise the flake seems to have been struck from a larger prepared core using a single blow from a hard hammer. One end is broken and patinated suggesting damage in antiquity. As the length is shorter than the width of the object, the identification of it being a blade is uncertain, therefore described as a flake. A flint flake, probably Mesolithic in date. What appears to be retouch along one edge is probably more recent damage as there is a clear discrepancy between the brown/ochre patina of the surface of the flake and the grey patina at this edge. It measures 38.88 mm long, 17.07 mm wide, 8.68 mm thick and weighs 4.7 grams.

A flint flake, probably Mesolithic in date. There is possibly some retouch along one of its edges. The flint is a cream colour and has a small part of cortex remaining. It measures 50.37 mm long, 30.18 mm wide, 10.3 mm thick and weighs 11.1 grams.

A Mesolithic flint flake, subject to a small amount of retouch. The flake is irregularly shaped, and may have been broken. No clear bulb of percussion is visible and it is difficult to determine where the flake was struck. One edge appears to have some retouch. The flake is sub triangular in shape and trapezoidal in section. It measures 25.08 mm long, 19.71 mm wide, 4.26 mm thickand weighs 1.6 grams. It has a pale grey to pink patina.

A Mesolithic flint implement, probably a waste flake. The flake does not seem to have been retouched after having been struck from the core. A possible notch on the left lateral edge may simply be damage. The flake measures 32.4 mm long, 10.57 mm wide, 4.25 mm thick and weighs 1.5 grams. It is sub-trapezoidal in section. The flint has a pale grey to white patina.

A Mesolithic broken flake. The flake does not seem to have been retouched after having been struck from the core. It has been broken at some point since deposition, as the grey patina at the break differs from that on the surface of the flint which is a pale cream colour. The flake measures 25.5 mm long, 15.94 mm wide, 4.84 mm thick and weighs 2.0 grams. It is sub-triangular in section.

A broken Mesolithic flint flake, which judging by its patina was broken in prehistory. It appears not to have been subject to retouch after being knapped. It measures 14.51 mm long, 11.28 mm wide, 2.13 mm thick and is 0.3 grams in weight. It is trapezoidal in section. The flint is a cream colour.
