A cast lead alloy fragment of window came of post Medieval date (1500-1800). In plan the fragment is broadly rectangular although it is distorted in profile; it is an abraded H shaped in cross section. The long sides are irregularly rolled over and the interior surface of the H section - the gutter - is textured but poorly preserved. No glass survives. The exterior edge is feathered on both faces and it is a mid grey / cream colour. The came fragment measures 14.8mm length, 13.9mm width is 4.4mm thick and weighs 1.89 grams.

A cast lead alloy uni-faced token of later medieval or post-medieval date (1200-1800). The token is broadly circular in plan. The upper face is decorated with a cast design comprising a verticle cross with singular pellets within the divided area. The reverse face is plain and unmarked. The token is a cream-grey colour with an eroded surface patina. This form is often linked to later medieval coinage. The token measures 18.9mm diameter, is 2.5mm thick and weighs 2.98 grams

A cast lead alloy token with intricate design of post medieval (1642? date). A direct parallel has not been found. Obverse: to left a pillar to lower right a rectangular block set at an irregular angle (to the tower) inscribed 1642. Above a figure possibly leading a horse or dog, to right a stylised tree. Above initials - possibly C B Reverse: Divided evenly by a cross with semi-circular shaped /bi-furcated axis terminals and a circular annulet at centre. The areas between the arms of the cross has a textured background Diameter 16.6mm, thickness 1.2mm, weight 1.31g.

A cast lead or lead alloy spindle whorl or weight of Roman to Post Medieval date (1 - 1650 AD), most probably Roman (AD50-350). The spindle whorl is broadly circular in plan and D shaped in cross section; it has been heavily eroded in the soil. The central hole is a an irregular oval shape and has been cast / set off centre; it has an internal diameter of 6.6mm x 6.3mm. A large lead alloy spill of lead alloy of uncertain date or function - but most probably being of 17th century date and spill from casting - potentially lead alloy musket balls. The irregular splatter of lead measures 22cm length 18cm width and is 8cm high. It weighs approximately 6 kilograms. The upper side of the spill is flat and smooth whilst the underside is formed of tiny rivelets conjoined together. The area is well known for a 17th century / civil war seige - although the spill could be from building work / guttering water pipes of a similar or later period

A late or more probably post Medieval pan weight cast in lead, This crude 1 ounze weight is a flat cylinder in shape, with an irregualr raised lip around the perimeter on both sides. The weight is plain with no surface stamps or decoration. It has a cream patina coloured surface patina. Similar stacking weights often in copper alloy are known from the Post Medieval period (Henry VII and later). The weight weighs 30.5grams, which is 1.08 Ounces. It has a maximum diameter of 31mm, and a maximum thickness, at the rim, of 6mm.

Two small crumpled sheets of lead alloy - most probably from a building of post medieval date. The lead sheet varies in thickness but both are on average 3.3mm thick. The larger folded sheet has three pierced circular hole aligned horizontally or vertically depending on their orientation - the holes each have a diameter of 6.4mm. A precise date cannot be suggested but a later medieval or post medieval date is probable. Both sheets are a mid cream grey colour with an even surface patina. Two fragments of lead alloy window came of post Medieval date (1500-1800). 1. In plan the fragment is broadly rectangular although it is distorted in profile; it is an abraded H shaped in cross section. The long sides are irregularly rolled over and the interior surface of the H section - the gutter - is textured but poorly preserved. No glass survives. The exterior edge is feathered on both faces and it is a mid grey / cream colour. The came fragment measures 20.3mm length, 7.9mm width is 5.7mm thick and weighs 3.56 grams. An irregular cast lead alloy vessel repair (pot mend) of probable Roman date (AD 50-350). In plan the repair is irregular being broadly triangular whilst in cross section it is H shaped. There is no pottery held within the H shaped section.The mend is a mid grey white colour with a powdery surface corrosion The vessel repair measures 27.3mm length, 22.6mm width is 9.2mm thick and weighs 27.66 grams. The H section has a groove of variable width - most regularly 2.8mm wide.
