Glass gaming counter of probable Roman date (50-400 AD). The counter is circular in plan and D shaped in cross section. The edges of the counter are faceted and the reverse face is flat. It measures 20.1mm diameter and is 5.6mm thick; it weighs 3.17 grams.
The overall colour of the counter is a dark opaque blue; however the upper face has two turquoise irregular spots and a much smaller yellow one.
