An incomplete cast copper alloy double-looped buckle of Medieval to post-Medieval date (c. AD 1350-c. 1650). The pin is missing / lost. The frame is convex at the front and concave at the rear - forming a D shaped cross section. Each loop of the buckle is similar in size being oval in plan. The narrowed central bar is semi- circular on the front face and flat to the rear in cross-section. The lost pin would have fitted here. A complete cut quarter penny / farthing of Henry III (1216-1272). This is an Irish coin from Dublin mint dating 1251 - 1254. We have the obverse from about 8 O'Clock to 11 O'Clock, with the bottom left corner of the Irish single bordered triangle, with the kings hand in the corner holding the sceptre and the letters EX in the legend, and two ringlets of the kings hair with pellets inside. We have the third quarter of the reverse with the first three letters DEV of the Dublin mint, and three pellets between the cross arms.

A complete leaf shaped flint arrowhead of probable earlier Neolithic date (4000 - 2700 BC) formed on a tertiary flake. The arrowhead is ogival / lentoid (a diamond shaped lozenge) in plan and lentoid in cross section. The arrowhead has been knapped from a mottled light-grey to brown flint which is opaque in places. Both faces of the flint show invasive, scaled, low angled retouch, with one face showing a slight scar, probably caused by a plough or similar machinery. The remains consist of the empty spring box, the bow arch and most of the oval bow plate below the arch that extends from the spring box to the tail of the bow, of which only a small stump remains. An incomplete copper alloy spur of post-medieval date. The object is the terminal from a spur arm with an openwork horizontal cordate panel with extends in to a semi-circular openwork element with scallop style decoration. A short D-sectioned stem projects from between the two lobed of the cordate panel which would have formed the arm proper and the opposite end of the terminal would have had a leather strap fitted to it for attachment of the spur.

A very worn copper-alloy Roman nummus of the House of Constantine, probably a contemporary copy, dating to the period AD 330-340 (Reece period 17). VRBS ROMA reverse type depicting a She-wolf suckling twins, two stars above. Uncertain mint. The coin appears to have a CONSTANTINOPOLIS obverse combined with an VRBS ROMA reverse type.
Diameter 14.3mm, thickness 1.4mm, weight 0.97g.

A complete, Medieval ring buckle, cast from copperr alloy, dating c1250-c1450. The buckle as an undecorated, circular frame and a cast pin. The pin is looped around the frame and free to move, there is a notch on one side for the pin to rest on. The buckle has an all round deep green patina with patches of brighter corrosion.
