A worn and heavily clipped silver medieval penny of Edward IV First reign (1461-1470) class IV Durham mint, heavy coinage, rose in centre of reverse. The coin has a single circular perforation that has been punched from the obverse at 3 o clock.

A Medieval silver penny of Edward II (1307-1327). Class 10cf3 (North 1041/2) struck in Durham c. AD 1306 - 1309. Based on the style of letter E and crown 3. (North 1991 volume II page 32). The coin is worn smooth on the left side of the obverse and lower right of the reverse. There appears to be a crack running from 5 0 clock to 9 0 clock on the obverse
