An incomplete copper-alloy button and loop fastener. The button is a small circular frame whose top edge has a raised border surrounding a recessed circular cell.  The cell looks to have originally been filled with a read enamel, although only traces remain around the edges. On the undersides is the shank of the loop, this bends round at a 90-degree angle away from the button element of the artefact, before expanding into an oval loop.

Roman copper alloy trumpet brooch that has an oval head plate surmounted by a truncated loop. On the reverse are two rearward facing perforated lug that holds the spring support bar, the spring and pin looks to have been made from iron as this area is heavily encrusted in Fe corrosion. Copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill CD PH 3 type AD 75-200. This has rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings that are truncated but would have held the pin axis bar. At the rear of the head is a loop that would have held the external cord for the spring.  The front of the bow is decorated with three groves that run down its length. The lower half of the bow is truncated resulting in the loss of the catchplate.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative, possible double pierced lug, Harlow type brooch dating to 43-100 AD. There is the remains of a pieced lug on the rear of the head which would have mounted the spring and external cord, both of which are missing. The wings have a convex face with a recessed triangular cell. vertical band at the tip. The bow is undecorated with a series of triangular cells all of which would have probably contained enamel.  The lower part of the bow is truncated resulting in the loss of the catchpate.

A cast copper alloy medieval sword pommel dating to c. AD 1250 – 1400.  The pommel falls into the Oakeshott's type I. The pommel is disc- shaped in form with flat circular faces on both sides that are surrounded by broad chamfered edges that narrow to the radius of the pommel. It is hollowed to take the sword tang with the lower aperture being 19mm x 1omm, and the upper at 12mm x 5.5mm. Incomplete medieval spur buckle with integral, the buckle frame is truncated with only the side arms remaining, behind is a rectangular plate with a central piercing for the pin.  Emanating from the rear is the buckle plate, this has an expanded square panel that is domed and decorated with four trefoils that originate from a central point.  Projecting from the rear of the square is the remains of a hook.  Traces of gilding is present on the surface.

Copper alloy strap fitting/ possible harness mount in the form of a long vertical bar with bevelled sides. The top end is expanded to form a rounded terminal with an elongated knop at the tip. This is separated from the main shaft by a recessed collar. The main shaft is thick with bevelled sides and a truncated large hook at the base. There is a copper alloy rivet with globular head in the centre of the main shaft and a second similar rivet in the centre of the terminal.  Traces of gilding are visible on the surface.

A complete Post-Medieval silver vervel (hawking ring) dating c. AD 1530-1560, of Lewis and Richardson's type C.i.
