A cast copper-alloy sub-rectangular shoe buckle with drilled frame for seperate spindle, c.1720-1790. The frame of the buckle is concave in profile, with squared-off edges, and drilled holes for a seperate spindle, now missing. The surface of the buckle has moulded scrolls and sashes, with transverse lines at the buckles inner four corners, and at its opposite sides, parrallel to the missing spindle. The shot consists of two spheres of 15.4 mm diameter joined together by a short circular sectioned bar of 5.9 mm diameter. It does not appear as if the shot has been fired. It measures 31.4 mm in length and a diameter of 15.4 mm. It weighs 38.5 g. The shot is a light grey colour, with an even surface patina. The obverse depicts an eight-spoked cartwheel design with a round pellet at the centre and eight round pellets at the edge of each segment. The reverse in undecorated and the edges are slightly chipped. The token has been bent into a slight V-shape on the obverse. The token can be classified as Powell Type 3. Similar examples recored on the PAS database include: DOR-58A2C6 and DENO-EF05BB. The overall dimensions are as follows: 22.3mm in diameter 2.24mm in thickness and 7.77g in weight.

There is evidence of at least 3 mounting lugs on the reverse, though these have corroded somewhat in antiquity. The mount probably dates to the 17th or 18th century. The mount measures 36.1mm in height, is 36.82mm wide at the base, and is 5.44mm thick. The object weighs 19.5 grams. The surface has a grey-green patina and there is damage to the nose of the dog.

The incomplete thimble consists of part of the inscribed band at the base of the thimble and part of the pits above. The rest is missing. The fragment of the band appears to have part of a foliate decoration present. The pits are circular in shape, and aligned both horizontally and diagonally. The reverse is undecorated. The fragment measures 8.0 mm in length, 6.1 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick. It weighs 0.1 g. The fragment is a mid to dark grey colour, with an even surface patina.

Description: post-medieval silver spoon. The bowl of the spoon is oval in shape and has been slightly bent over into itself towards the stem. At the base of the inside of the bowl there is stamped a 'Leopards Head Crowned' with the crown pointing towards the stem. The stem of the spoon is hexagonal in cross section, wider at both ends and bent. It has been soldered onto the bowl and tapers off into a triangular shape on the back of the bowl. The seal is sub-circular in plan with lettering on both flat faces. On the edge of the seal is a sub-rectangular indention, which probably originally ran through the seal to the opposite edge. The lettering on one face reads ' N P / B12[ ] / 1755'. The other face reads 'N 02[ ]'. The item has been recently damaged on the edges. The item has a developed beige coloured patina.
