The fabricator is formed on an oval sectioned rod of knapped flint - which has been substantially worked on both ventral and dorsal faces. The fabricator is formed on a triangular sectioned rod of knapped flint - which has possibly been reused as a pot boiler as the surface is a mid-grey colour with areas of cracking due to heat. 82 pieces / flakes of tertiary flint debitage of Neolithic date. All of the flakes within the group have been burnt in a fire - possibly suggesting this waste has been utilised as pot boilers. All have a white coloured patina which is crazed through heat cracking. None of edges have been reworked.
They have a bulk weight of 190 grams
The largest flake measures: 27.6mm length, 24.2mm width is 15.1mm thick and weighs 8.99 grams
The Smallest flake measures: 10.6mm length, 11.4mm width is 2.4 thick and weighs 0.23 grams

Two burnt later Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date (2500 - 1500 BC) thumbnail scrapers formed on mid grey flakes of tertiary flint. The flake are broad and squat - originally being oval in plan but they are now both D shaped; in cross section they are broadly sub-rectangular. The flint flakes are well preserved - evidence for retouch or secondary working can be seen along the curved external edges of both the flakes. All of the flint within the group has had at least one edge retouched to form a crude scraper or cutting edge - in all cases the retouch is applied to the dorsal face and is short and abrupt often being scaled but unorganised in nature. All the flakes range in colour from dark black to light grey all have been worked and exhibit conchoidal ripples and / or the bulb of percussion and the striking platform on the ventral face and multiple flake removal scars on the dorsal. None have been retouched. Many of the pieces have been abraded in the plough soil.
