A snapped piece of tertiary debitage The flake is snapped along its upper edge having been struck from a prepared core. The butt, striking platform and bulb of percussion are all present on the ventral face. The ventral face is also reworked with a deliberate thin blade like flake being removed to form a cutting edge / facet on one long edge, which is further worked with neat parallel sided low angled short removals.
