A copper alloy ring, likely a horse harness ring dating from the Roman to Post-Medieval era (AD 43-1800). Due to the nature of the find, it is hard to accurately date it unless found in a specific archaeological context. The band width is 4.44mm and the thickness is 4.11mm, however it does vary across the ring likely due to wear from use. It has a roughly sub rectangular cross section. It has a light green patina and there are no visible signs of decoration.
