The coin has unclear obverse and reverse faces and is incredibly abraded to the point the coin has lost it's round shape. The type of coin is likely an As as these are a common find on Roman sites and because this correlates to the great deal of As's being found in the local vicinity. Due to soil conditions the coin has been abraded and now has a turquoise coloured surface. Due to the extant nature of the coin there is a possibility it is an incredibly abraded dupondious. Has a length of 19.8mm and is 17.18mm wide and is 2.33mm thick; it weighs 1.4 grams
