The mount is a flat plate with a central 6-petalled flower or sun in the centre within a square or rectangular frame, of which only half remains. There is openwork between the petals and frame. An incomplete copper alloy single-loop clasp fastener with an integral forked spacer dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1350-1450). The forked spacer only has one arm remaining. The buckle plate not longer adheres. The frame of the buckle is sub-oval in plan with a recessed bar. The bar has the folding mechanism of the buckle still attached by a folded-over tag on the closure. The face of this closure is decorated with a quatrefoil motif which has been soldered on. See Whitehead (1996: 42) no. 241 for a similar example. YORYM-9377E5 recorded on the PAS database is also comparable. …

Lead pointed oval vessica shaped seal matrix. The face is very badly worn and corroded resulting in the loss of almost all of the detail except for a recessed pellet in the centre. Also, the entire inscription has also been lost except for the vague impression of a U or W to one side. The reverse has similarly suffered from ware and corrosion. Traces of a central spine are visible that are flanked by a semi-circular arch the has a pellet in the centre. there would have been a loop at one end of the spine but this is now completely truncated.

A complete but worn cast copper-alloy post-medieval strap fitting (belt mount) dating from c. AD 1500-1700. The copper alloy strap fitting is a simplistic acorn design. It is sub-oval in plan with one terminal having an integral knop. Bisecting the two halves is a linear groove. The reverse has two circular sectioned integral studs, both of which are incomplete. A complete but worn copper alloy medieval casket key (AD 1150 to AD 1400). The outside of the bow is sub circular, probably from wear, while the inside is circular. The shank is attached to the bow at the mid point of the right hand side by a tapered shoulder that still shows some signs of it's decoration in the form of a series of parallel inscised lines.
