A small backed knife or more likely an side and end scraper of Neolithic date (4500-2000 BC). The scrapernis formed on a broad secondary blade with a distinct baked ridge on the dorsal face created by removals of previous blades. A large patch of mid-white coloured cortex is present on the upper edge. The distall end of the ventral face has a clear bulbar scar and bulb of percussion as well as evidence of a prepared striking platform. An abraded tertiary debitage waste flake of probable later Neolithic date (4500-2500 BC) which has been utilised to form a very crude scraper. The flake is broadly oval shape in plan with a wedge shaped cross section. The retouch has been applied tot he curved original long edge on the dorsal face only and is best described as short, sub-parallel and semi-abrupt. A large knapped and flaked flint scraper of later Neolithic date (3000-2000BC). The scraper is unusual as it is formed from a large piece / flake of primary debitage. It seems to have been formed crudely and possibly discarded relatively swiftly; this is unusual in an area which has very small natural reserves of flint. The scraper / knife is broadly oval in plan and irregular in cross section. The ventral face suggests that it was struck using an uncontrolled blow which shattered the rock. An irregular shaped piece of tertiary debitage / waste flake which has been reworked to form a scraping tool dating from the Neolithic period circa 3000 BC to 2000 BC. The waste flake has evidence of multi-directional working. The dorsal face has numerous flake scar removals and the long edge has long, stepped semi-abrupt retouch. A flint knapped ovate multi purpose tool which could also be described as a knife or large laurel leaf point - it is of later Neolithic date (2700-2100 BC). The tool is formed on a mid grey coloured mottled 'local flint'. In plan it is a pointed oval (tear-drop) or cordate shape and in section broadly sub-oval (D-shaped).
