A complete cast and possibly lathe-turned copper alloy trade weight issued in the reign of James I or II. The weight is circular in plan and the edge, on the upper surface forms a wide lip. Within the lip there is two concentric low-relief rings. In the field outside the rings and between the lip there are 4 stamped symbols. Cast copper alloy trade weight of probable post medieval date (1600-1750). The weight is circular in plan with a raised rim and sunken, slightly convex, interior. The rim and interior are the same on each face. The weight has been abraded in the plough soil and corrosion and wear has obscured the stamped marks. A complete copper alloy probable apothecary or coin weight, of uncertain dating possibly from Early Post Medieval to Modern (AD 1600 toAD 1900). The probable weight is circular in shape, with a flat cross section. The object has a raised outer rim on both faces, this possibly enabled the object to be stacked.
