An incomplete copper-alloy vessel escutcheon dating to the Early Medieval (Anglo Saxon) period (c.AD 800-1100).
Description: The object is formed of a lozenge-shaped plate, the edge of which is decorated with an insiced line border. At the centre of the plate a raised lozenge with slightly bevelled edges. The raised lozenge has a central motif formed of two opposing 'V', each terminating in outward facing spirals, which either have a white metal coating or are inlayed silver wire.

A complete copper alloy jews harp (or jaws harp), of the Late Medieval to Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1400 to c. AD 1700.
In plan, the jews harp consists of a sub circular head, and two tapering arms, both with the characteristic lozenge cross section. The arms are complete. The rabbet (triangular notch) is located at the apex of the head and has concreted iron corrosion product on its surface.
The object has a dark brown patina with an uneven surface patina on the inside edges of the arms.

A complete copper alloy Mount of Early Medieval date (AD 500-1050). The object is composed of a sub-triangular, flat sectioned plate, with a rounded upper lobe, from which a tapering projection is retained from one side. This projection forms the beak, while the rounded lobe forms the head of a bird, giving the object a zoomorphic form. Both sides of the plate are decorated with stamped ring and annulets, one within the rounded upper lobe, two within the lower corners of the object.

A complete Middle Bronze Age palstave axe of the Group 3 type dating to c. 1400 – 1150 cal BC.
The butt of the axe is c.15.4mm wide, c.3.4mm thick and is slightly worn giving it an uneven slightly convex shape.. The septum measures c. 48.8mm in length. The flanges of this axe begin just after the butt and widen in a slightly convex line up the length of the septum. After this point, in side profile, the blade sides narrows in a slightly convex curve towards the cutting edge.

The coin is worn and inscriptions almost entirely illegible. There does not appear to be any letters either side of the bust or key beneath which would suggest that the mint is London.

A complete cast copper-alloy knee or garter buckle dating to the Post-Medieval period (c.AD 1720-1790).
Description: The undecorated buckle frame is sub-rectangular in plan with rounded corners and a sub-square cross-section. It has a drilled frame for a separate spindle. The object has an overall green patina with patches of brown around the spindle holes.
Comparable to Whitehead (1996), p.111, no. 712 and p.114, nos.732-735.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy shoe buckle with, tongue and incomplete chape, dating to the Post-Medieval period (c.AD 1660-1720).
Description: The buckle frame has rounded corners and concave sides, forming a trapeziod in plan and sub-hemispherical shape in cross section. The outer edge of each loop has a flatterned knop with seven moulded oblique grooves. Over the spindle holes are a short series of moulded transverse ridges.

A complete copper-alloy Finger Ring of probable Middle Bronze age date (1500-1150 BC). The spiral is circular in plan and formed of one overlapping coil which is ovate in cross-section with both terminals being blunt.
The metal is dark green in colour with a slightly pitted patina.

A complete cast copper-alloy pin from a Medieval annular brooch dating c. AD 1200-1400. The pin comprises a loop and collar that extends into a circular-sectioned shaft that tapers to a rounded point. The shaft of the pin is plain, as are the surfaces of the loop. The collar is decorated with two rows of stamped circles. Patches of gilding survive on the collar and base of the loop. The rest of the object has mid-brown patination.
The pin measures 24.3mm in length, 4.1mm in width and 4.5mm thickness at the collar. It weighs 1.05 grams.
