Circular Museum of London type IV with intact loop at right angles to body, hole drilled after casting, beaded outer border, legend Ave Maria Gracia, inner beaded border inside which is a shield shaped decoration in a blue enamel field with a red enamel cross in the centre. A decorated socketed axehead of the Northern type, probably Ewart Park phase, single loop, corrosion hole next to junction between handle and body, and on body approx. 1/2 cm below the collar, which is quite crude. Flange deeper opposite handle, where body has decorated facets, narrow waisted almost square in mid-section, cutting edge very nibbed.

A very fine example of an intact hinged mirror case; consisting of two slightly convex cast discs, each disc has a single lug on one side and a pair of lugs on the other, one disc has the single lug drilled through the other has the pair drilled (both appear to have been drilled after casting); the single drilled lug is held between the double drilled lugs by a copper-alloy rivet which acts as the hinge, when closed the undrilled lugs fit together (single between double). An incomplete oval plate brooch, cast in one, the front is split into two cells by a raised oval copper-alloy band, the outer circle has remnants of light blue enamelling and the inner oval remnants of red enamelling; most of the outer border is missing, the reverse is very pitted, at one end of the oval is a single slightly raised very narrow rectangular panel, which may be the base of the catchplate the remainder of which is missing; at the opposite end of the oval is a single raised trapezoidal lug with a perforation at the narrow end to hold the (missing) pin bar.

A south-eastern type of socketed axehead, with double mouth moulding. The upper moulding, at the aperture of the socket is heavier and broader than the lower one, the single loop is quite shallow forming not quite a half-circle, and running from the lower moulding. The crescentic cutting edge is damaged on the loop side, the damage appears to be of some antiquity, both faces of the axe show evidence of corrosion in the form of pitting and small patches of encrusted corrosion products.

A section of sword blade from a Carps Tongue type sword with distinctive groove-defined midrib, the section is slightly bowed, and there are a number of deep gouges in the midrib on both faces. There are a number of patches of light green corrosion product on the section which is otherwise of a dark green/brown patina.

A fragment of Ewart Park sword hilt finial intact with the hilt plate surviving down to just below the first rivet aperture, where the handle appears to be starting to bow, and flanges are apparent, the rivet aperture is oval. There is some damage to the plate end and on both faces, and two distinct ridges running either side of the aperture also on both faces.

A ferrule which has broken into two pieces. The small piece has a closed copper-alloy end and retains its clay core. The larger part is a tubular shape which tapers slightly from the open end with a central swelling between marginally concave outlines at either end. There are a pair of peg-holes placed almost at the centre of the swelling.
