An early Nuremberg jetton, possibly of "Bishop type" and dating to c. 1440 - 1493. Obverse: possibly a three-quarter length figure of a bishop, mitred and nimbate, holding crozier in left hand. Reverse: Shield with unclear device, star above, fictitious legends around. The jetton is pierced on one side. Cf. Mitchiner (1988) 1012-1013.

Reverse shows an Imperial Orb surmounted by a Cross Patty, within a tressure with three main arches. Reverse legend reads : GOTES REICH BLIBT EWICK.

Reverse : [GOT]TES GABEN SOL MAN [LOB] around an Imperial Orb within a tressure of three arches.
The jetton is missing approximately one third of its flan, due to a damage in antiquity.

A copper-alloy Post-Medieval rose and orb Jetton. One side of the flan shows: three crowns arranged alternately with three Lis positioned centrifugally around a central rose with pellet at centre. This side of the flan has a flower initial mark, however the legend is too unclear to be legible. This legend is probably fictitious. Obverse shows three Lis and three Crowns alternating around a six heart-shaped petal rose with petal at centre. Inscription; HANNS KRAVWINCKEL IN NVR
Reverse shows Imperial orb with cross on top surrounded by a tressure of three main arches with three outward points between. This is surrounded by a pelleted circular border on inner edge of flan.

The Jetton is 21.5mm in diameter and weighs 0.8g.

Obverse shows signs of wear. The jetton measures 20.6mm in diameter, has a thickness of 0.35mm, and weighs 1.2g.
The jetton has a small circular perforation through the legend.
