A complete Roman to early medieval openwork buckle plate dating to the early to mid 4th century AD. The frame is rectangular in shape, and formed of four bars. These bars have triangular projections, the perforations in between have a circular section, and a long rectangular section either side of the projections. A cast copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Harlow double-lugged type dating to the first century AD. The arms are semi-cylindrical with a double lugged flange at the centre of the underside of the head to hold the spring and pin, both now missing. The bow is plano convex in cross section, with a moulded ridged spine which terminates in a notched projection at the head. The foot is rounded with a triangular catchplate on the underside.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy bell of Roman date (c.43-410).
Description: The object is conical on profile with a lozenge-shaped loop at its apex. The base is mishapen but it was likely orginally circular or oval. The body of the bell is openwork with sub-triangular appertures encircling the lower and upper halves, alternating in the direction they point. The loop has a circular drilled hole. There is iron corrosion on the inside of the bell beneath the loop. The bell has patchy red and pale green patina.

A lead pot mend of probable Roman date from around AD 43 to 410. The mend is formed from a two broadly flat but irregularly shaped (sub-oval) faces connected by an projecting stem that extends from the centre of each panel's inner face. The space between the two discs contains a sherd of shell tempered ceramic vessel. The mend has a typical off white/cream colour. Measurements are; length 25.1mm, width 25.8mm, thickness 11.0mm and weight 29.42g.
