Gold and glass fob seal, as kindly identified by the finder. A thin casing of reddish gold with a billeted band passing round three sides to afford grip and with a billeted frame for a flat polished opaque black glass gem engraved with the image of a snake passing left through long grass, with the reversed legend above: BEWARE. To the left of the sun is an incomplete letter possible a 'R' and to the right the letter 'H'' dating from the 18th- 19th century. A glass Post Medieval, sub circular wine bottle seal with Bishops Mitre stamped into it dating to the 17th-18th century. This is the seal of either victuallers WILLIAM PROCTOR (THE MITRE, WOOD ST) OR WILLIAM PAGETT (FLEET ST MITRE). The seal has been stamped into molten glass attached to the side of a bottle. A fragment of a glass "onion" wine bottle dating to the later 17th to mid 18th century. The bottle is hand blown. All that remains is part of the upper shoulder and a sharply tapering neck; this tapers with slightly concave lines to terminate in a flat cut rim just beyond a ridged collar 36.6mm in diameter. There are no medallions or maker's marks.

A rectangular light blue cut glass gem from a finger ring, of post medieval to modern date. The stone is table cut, with a convex back and bevelled edges to the front, which is flat and engraved with a heraldic shield depicting a bull, standing right (left on the impression), with crescent above, the whole within a border of pellets.

Black glass metalworking debris. A trapezoid block of glossy opaque black bubbled glass slag, possibly formed by knapping to produce four planar sides. The size of the object compares with that of a flint cobble (NLM-7BF091) reported along with it. The material probably originates in a high-temperature industrial process but may represent the recycling of such materials. The most likely point of origin would be the iron and steel industries around Scunthorpe, which would generate such wastes apt to reuse as building materials or hardcore. A small complete opaque globular glass bead of unknown date, probably Post medieval to Modern, AD 1500 - 1900. The bead is made from opaque white glass with small inlaid red rosettes surrounded by blue. There are three decorative motifs spaced equally round the edge. The bead is sub-spherical in shape and asymmetrical in profile with the ends slightly flattened. The bead has a diameter of 7.0mm, is 7.7mm long, and weighs 0.52g. The central hole is circular and is 2mm diameter.

A glass bead of probable Post medieval date, AD 1500 - 1900. It is two colour glass, translucent dark blue in the centre with opaque red round the outer face. It is a globular bead with flattened ends. Measurements are; length 6.9mm, maximum diameter 8.0mm and weight 0.61g. The central hole is 2.1mm diameter.

A small complete moulded globular glass bead of Post medieval date, AD 1600 - 1900. The bead is made from translucent mid blue glass and is oval in profile with a moulding seam along each edge. The middle is decorated with three opaque white dots. The bead has a diameter of 5.8mm, is 7.2mm long, and weighs 0.14g. The central hole is small (1.8mm diameter) and is circular and the surface is smooth.

A glass bead of unknown date, but probably post medieval to modern, AD 1500 - 1900. The bead is oval in shape and circular in cross section. It is decorated with a circumferential groove round the centre, and two cross saltires formed of circular recesses covering the whole length of the bead, one on each side. There is a recessed dot in each panel defined by the centreal groove and the crosses, and an annulet in the panels between the crosses and the ends of the bead.
