A post medieval silver penny of James I (1603-25), second coinage (1604-19), initial mark: rose (probably) dating to AD1605-06, mint: Tower (London), North 2106/1. Ref: North 1991: p.146.  Obverse: Tudor rose within beaded inner circle; I D G ROSA SINE SPINA. Reverse: thistle within beaded inner circle; TVEATVR VNITA DEVS. The coin has a very slight bend and is not uniform in shape missing some of the legend.

A complete copper alloy coin weight dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1500-1700). The object is square in plan and flat in profile with chamfered edges. The weight has five annulets on each face, one in each corner and one in the centre (similar to 'five' on a die). One face present a worn section between to annulets, possibly a stamp. The weight is 7g which could be equivalent to c. 108.5 grains or possibly the weight of a gold coin. A complete copper alloy button dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1450-1600). The button is cast in one piece and consists of a solid spherical head, from the back extands a complete oval attchment loop with a small circular hole in the centre. It is undecorated and has light green pitina with slightly pitted surface. Dimensions: Length 18.9mm; diameter 11.5mm; weight 6.46g Similar buckles are illustrated in Read (2010: 61-2) nos. 205-217 which are dated from the late 15-th to 16th century.

A mostly complete copper alloy mount dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1600-1700). The mount is broadly in a quatrefoil shape with a cusp between each lobe to present the mount as a flower; one of the lobes is incomplete. In the centre is a large protruding pellet. The surface is decorated with incised lines to define the individual lobes and cusps. The reverse is slightly concave in the centre and two incomplete integral lugs are positioned at opposite ends of the mount. The hoop has slightly faceted sides and the interior hoop is flat creating a sub-oval hexagonal cross section.The surface has dark brown patina and is covered in filing marks. Unidentified and incomplete copper-alloy object, probably of post-medieval date. It’s somewhere between oval and D-shaped when viewed with either of the two opposing flat surfaces face-on. One edge is a worn transverse break. It is rough and uneven but very broadly straight. The flat surfaces are not parallel, but closer together at the side with this broken edge.
