A medieval silver coin; a Continental Sterling imitation probably dating from 1313 - 1322 AD. It was struck for Gaucher of Chatillon, at the Mint of Yves. LVPL-330D02 is a very detailed record of another example of this coin. See Mayhew number 237 - 239.
