A very worn, clipped and damaged 14th-century continental imitation of a medieval Edwardian penny struck under Gaucher of Chatillon, count of Porcien, at Yves mint (1313-1322 AD; probably Mayhew type 239).
This coin has suffered a loss at its circumference equating to around 5% of its original flan.
