A silver Medieval penny of Henry I, dating to c.AD 1117. Cross fleury with annulet centre reverse (BMC x). Minted by Wulricus at Colchester. This is a previously unknown moneyer for this mint in this period.
Cf. North Vol. I, p.197, no. 866 although only one R in 'Henricus' is present, whereas this coin has two.
