Post medieval Nuremberg copper-alloy jetton of the the 'Rose / orb' type (Mitchiner 1542ff.). The jetton has been pierced near the rim, at 3 o'clock on the reverse, uncertain on the obverse. The makers name is illegible and this type was made under several masters in the late 16th and early 17th centurys. The few letters that can be distinguished are in florid style, perhaps suggesting a date towards the start of this range.
