An incomplete Medieval silver halfpenny of David II of Scotland dating to the early 1330s. First coinage. Obverse: Crowned bust left with sceptre. Reverse: Long cross, with mullet of five points in alternate angles. Possibly from the mint of Berwick. A small piece of flan is missing. Diameter 14.5mm, Weight 0.49g.

Silver hammered coin of Scottish king Alexander III (1249-1286). Second coinage (1280 -1286). Obv: ALEXANDER.DEI.GRA bust facing left with sceptre in front Rev: REX/SCO/TOR/RVM longcross with 6-pointed mullet in each quarter. The total of 24 point suggests a probable Berwick mint. Simialr in Spinks, no. 5050.

Silver Coin. Penny. Dave Greenhalgh kindly identifies this as a coin of Alexander III of Scotland, probably from the Berwick Mint. Obverse design: Crowned head in profile facing left, sceptre to left. Reverse design: Long cross with six-pointed star in each quarter. Reverse inscription: -M+ REX --- --- Diameter: c.18mm, weight: 0.90gms. Damaged; right side of outer circle is lost.

A worn and incomplete late 13th-century silver medieval penny of Alexander III of Scotland, second coinage, Class B, possibly Berwick mint (1280-1286 AD; Spink 5052). The twenty-four points on the reverse stars suggests Berwick as the mint. The coin has been bent and had fractured towards the circumference. The circumferential loss is up to the internal beaded border.
