A complete silver hammered double-patard struck for Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, Flanders and Limburg, dating c. 1467-1477. Obverse; shield emblazoned with the arms of Charles V, +KAROLVS DEI GRA DVX BG BRAB Z LIN. Double annulet stops. Reverse; +SIT NOMEN DOMINI BENEDICTVM AN (May the name of the Lord by blessed).
