It is very worn, but just enough of the design is visible to be able to identify it as a Ship Penny Jetton of Hans Krauwinckel I (1562 – 1586). It depicts a sailing ship on the obverse, and four fleur-de-lis in a lozenge on the reverse. For reference see Mitchiner (1988) Jettons, Medalets and Tokens, Volume 1, numbers 1480 – 1485.
