An agreement under Edward IV in 1469 confirmed the Low Countries coinage of Duke Charles as legal tender in England. A Burgundian silver coin: a double patard of Charles the Bold (1467-1477). It is 26.6mm in diameter and 0.8mm thick. It weighs 2.99gm.
