The reverse legend is blundered and reads REIN[...]D.UN.CAI, possibly in imitation of English issues which read: RENAVD.ON.CANT

The denomination itself is uncertain but appears to be a 'real de 3 maravedi' (or just possibly a 'real de 1/2 maravedi' which is billon rather than silver). The mint remains uncertain.
