A silver struck Medieval double patard of Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy. It is clipped, missing the upper half of the both legends. It dates between 1467-1477. It measures 23.5 mm DIA x 2.2 g. In 1469, following an agreement made between Edward IV and Charles the Bold, these coins were made legal tender in England and remained so for over 60 years afterwards; they crop up in hoards (in steadily declining numbers) until well into Henry VIII's reign. Obverse: Coat of Arms with three fleur-de-lys in top left and lower right section. Inscription: []VR(U)E[]. Reverse: Cross of Fleuronee. Inscription: []HEDIC[]. Die Axis: 180 deg.or 6 o'clock. Broken coin with approximately a quarter of the coin missing also badly cracked across the middle and fairly heavily clipped. Worn, with variable silver and grey coloured tarnish and some rusty brown stains.

1490's Silver alloy, Spanish Ferdinand III and Isabella two reales coin. Length 22.3mm, Width 22.5mm, Thickness 0.8mm, Diameter 22.3mm, Weight 2.4g. Obverse: Elaborate heraldic shield. Inscription: []DVS ET EILSA(B)[]. Reverse: Curved bow with quiver of arrows and 'S' in the field. Inscription: []RE[](IVIA)[]A[]. Die axis: 5 o'clock or 11 o'clock. Light wear, attractive silver colour with slight grey tarnish but fairly heavily clipped with the outer section of the legend missing, some areas all the legend is missing. The coin has also a hand punched hole at 5 o'clock for suspension.

1490's Spanish hammered silver coin of Isabella and Ferdinand III two reales. Length 19.6mm, Width 18.7mm, Thickness 0.8mm, Diameter 19.6mm, Weight 1.0g. Two reales of Isabella (Queen of Castile and Leon 1451-1504)and Ferdinand III (King of Argon 1452-1516). The two jointly financed Columbus's expeditions. Obverse:Yoke and fasces of Arrows. Inscription: Illegible except for 'IAN'. Reverse: Shield/Coat or Arms. Inscription: Illegible. Very worn, struck a little off centre or lightly clipped, good silver colour but also surface tarnish especially on the obverse.

A Medieval copper alloy French Jetton the Pachal lamb type alluding to Bourges (c. 1373 - c. 1415 AD) - Charles V or VI. The general legend for this type is 'MOUTON SUI DE BERRI' (I am the lamb of Berry). This example reads 'MOVTN...BER'and as such it is a variant the one described by Mitchiner.
